It’s great to find a contractor with Impacts’ level of competency. They vented my bathroom ceiling fan thru the roof. It had been vented into the attic. Your job will be done right. Plus, they’re just nice people.
I had a great experience with Impact Roofing and Renovation! They replaced our roof on a Saturday and quickly discovered significant rotting plywood underneath. Despite this, they worked efficiently and thoroughly to replace the entire roof in a single day. All while handling some interior repairs during the process. Overall, the team did a fantastic job and was very reliable. Highly recommend!
Impact lives up to the name and the reviews! Kylie and mason arthur worked hand in hand with my insurance company and helped me get a full roof replacement! They handled all the insurance headache on my behalf and everything they said would happen, came to fruition! I can’t speak highly enough about this company and will 10/10 recommend them to all friends and family for all exterior restoration needs!
I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go with this company, reviews must be faked.They sold us up the river. Promised us everything, new roof, reasonable price, support, etc. We were very clear that we wanted to move quickly due to the leak in our roof and were discussing with other contractors. They were very clear and repeated numerous times that the final quote would be approximately 10k after viewing the property. They told us they would have the quote same day by COB.No quote. Next day, we call and they say they will have the quote that day. No quote. Takes 4 days of this same process before they send it in the middle of the night. Kicker is it came in at 22k! How do you miss estimate by an extra 120%????Terrible customer service. Terrible misrepresentation and communication. Save your time and look elsewhere.EDIT: so I am able to respond. We were repeatedly told the shingles, and the calking, and the roof were ALL in the 10k quote. No one is faulting you for being busy, if you need 4 days to write the quote say 4 days. Instead you lied everyday saying it would be ready and it wasn’t. You set the expectations not me and failed multiple times at delivering it.That shows terrible planning and communication skills from your construction company. My review stays since you can’t address any of the real issues. If you wanted to fix this you, you have my number. Call me instead of trying to save face in public. God knows I called you about 8 times in the last 4 days.

I can’t say enough how much I’m pleased with the way Felipe handled my proof. I was amazed that he picked up my panic phone call from hurricane Milton while I was away on that day. Felipe rushed over my home in Bradenton fl the next morning.He took a great and sincerely care of my roofing which got damaged from the hurricane. He is aways there when we needed him and he responded to our texts and phone call in no time! Felipe handled everything very very professionally! I’m strongly recommended Apple Roofing!!! I watched in envy as new siding and a roof were installed on my neighbor’s house following a hail storm in April. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail, especially the decorative trim work covering the original wooden fascia and gable.Unfortunately, the company that I chose, based upon a different neighbor’s recommendation, did not live up to these standards. After installation, they were unable to resolve an issue where water was overflowing the gutter guard and running down the outside of the gutter at the garage. Their fix was to install a piece of flashing and a lot of caulk as a “diverter,” which resulted in a stream of water being redirected onto my driveway. I was told this was an acceptable remedy.So, I contacted Impact Roofing for an inspection of the problem. Elie came out and identified the issue (improperly trimmed flashing and j channel and caulk which blocked the drainage holes in the gutter guard) and provided us with instructions on how the issue should be solved.My roofer is now following his advice to repair the gutter. I regret not initially selecting Impact Roofing to do my house and strongly recommend you contact Impact if you are considering new roofing or siding

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Daniel at Impact Roofing. Daniel came and inspected a job that involved replacing a small number of wall shingles and gutter repair work. Clearly a small job for Impact Roofing. Daniel was courteous helpful and transparent about the work that needed to be done – much more so than other contractors that quoted on the job.
This roofing company really impressed me a lot with the knowledge that they have about roofs, and making sure your attic has the best insulation in your attic and great attic air circulation. Not only that, having those 3 things combined together helped me on my energy bill. I am paying less now and saving a lot!I love Owen Corning products, and Impact Roofing for doing the job!
I highly recommend Mason and his team if you ever need a new flat roof in the DC area. My project wasn’t easy: it required taking apart a wood deck above my garage roof, removing the leaky shingles roof, installing a new TPO flat roof, and then re-installing a deck. Mason came with a large crew of 5 people and the job was done in just 2.5 days. I also appreciated that Mason was patient in answering all my questions and concerns. I am very happy I went with Impact Roofing!

These guys were great! Super responsive and efficient. Our project wasn’t a big one, but they still treated us with the utmost respect and care. We’re expecting the birth of our first child any day now and they worked hard to fit us into their schedule so the job could be done before baby gets here. All in all, their work and professionalism goes above and beyond!
They repaired our front “flat roof” portico, which also required removing and then reinstalling the decorative railing. They were timely in providing a fair estimate, accommodating our schedule to complete the work and making sure that we were happy with the results. Friendly and knowledgeable crew.
