I highly recommend Mason and his team if you ever need a new flat roof in the DC area. My project wasn’t easy: it required taking apart a wood deck above my garage roof, removing the leaky shingles roof, installing a new TPO flat roof, and then re-installing a deck. Mason came with a large crew of 5 people and the job was done in just 2.5 days. I also appreciated that Mason was patient in answering all my questions and concerns. I am very happy I went with Impact Roofing!

These guys were great! Super responsive and efficient. Our project wasn’t a big one, but they still treated us with the utmost respect and care. We’re expecting the birth of our first child any day now and they worked hard to fit us into their schedule so the job could be done before baby gets here. All in all, their work and professionalism goes above and beyond!

They repaired our front “flat roof” portico, which also required removing and then reinstalling the decorative railing. They were timely in providing a fair estimate, accommodating our schedule to complete the work and making sure that we were happy with the results. Friendly and knowledgeable crew. On a scale of 1 to 10, Impact Roofing scores a 15! I had two new roofs installed on my tool shed and pool house last week, and the service provided can’t be beat. Prompt, professional and priced competitively, Impact Roofing exemplifies the kind of partnership one often hopes for (dare expect?) from a contractor – yet rarely gets. Jeff, Mason, Kiley and the whole team seamlessly dealt with my roofing issues from initial contact to completion, listened to my concerns, adapted to my changing requests for repair to replacement, and provided a superior product.   Impact (specifically Mason) went above and beyond my expectations for a roofing company. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were. The sale didn't feel forced, I was educated on the process and was left to make my decision. This was my first time purchasing a roof and had trouble deciding on a color, they were able to get me a rendering beforehand which definitely helped.   The Impact Roofing team is incredible.  They do excellent work, approach all of their projects with professionalism and deep industry knowledge, and their customer service in unmatched.  Impact's prices are extremely fair and they seem to go above and beyond for their customers.  I purchased a unit in a three-condo structure that was built by JAZ Construction Company.  Within a month of purchase, I had significant leaks throughout my home, and it became clear that the builder did not properly install our property's roof or my unit's flat roof deck.  We spent months trying to work with the builder to address the leaks, but the builder offered no help and our home sustained more and more water damage.  Then, Impact Roofing saved the day!!  Impact Roofing handled three separate projects with our property to address different issues with the roof and the flat roof deck and since their work on our home, we have not had any further issues with leaks.  Different from a lot of companies, the senior team at Impact (Mason, Ben, and James) were onsite for every project to ensure that the work was done correctly, and it's clear that they spend a lot time training the rest of their team.
 
Beyond Impact's quality work, I was so impressed by their commitment to meet with the homeowners and talk us through the issues with our roof and the steps to repair.  It meant a lot to us.
 
I could not be happier with Impact Roofing and would recommend them ten times over.

  Great job on my roof.  One day service 8am to 8 pm.  They brought a crew of 10+ people and were all in synch.  Did a good job of protecting stuff from debris.  Excellent cleanup afterward.  Fabulous job on actual installation.  Identified and replaced over 18 sheet of plywood sheathing.  Supervisor came out near end of day to see if I was satisfied.  I did have to ask that they leave a couple of bundles of shingles for future repairs if necessary.

  Impact Roofing, was one of the first companies to respond back to my Yelp Request, when many didn't.  They came back with a Precise and through quote.   I want to thank Jeff and Mason for their help with a roof inspection that was required for my home owners insurance policy. Scheduling was easy and they were very responsive. They were thorough and took pictures of the roofs condition for me to send to the insurance company. They provided me their professional opinion of the roofs condition and recommended that I have our gutters cleaned, they went above and beyond to help me get the inspection done within a tight timeframe.   We asked to get a quote on a roof repair.  Mason was at our house within 20 minutes of our call.  He scoped the repair and gave us various option with varying degrees of cost vs. benefit.  I really appreciate the time he took to provide the options, and explain the options so that I could understand the issues.  I felt like I was well informed and certainly knew a lot more after that discussion.  The repair was completed quickly.  In addition, he spent the time to assess the entire roof, the minor issues that we had, and even just did some basic sealing and patching where he thought we could use a touch up.  Very impressed with the overall experience.  There was no high pressure to "oversell."  I highly recommend this company.
